It was my first ever trip to Ankara and this hotel was a great choice! Mostly we liked the staff - super nice and friendly guys at the reception, very caring cleaning lady at the floor and good people at the spa. We also liked breakfast, it had a big variety and was pretty healthy. Spa is calm and their working hours are great. Was going there every day. Although the pool is pretty short, I was able to make 3-4 km swims due to the fact there was no one else. The rooms were clean

Excellent hotel, very good and convenient location, friendly and efficient staff (especially at the reception - I forgot to ask the name of the manager, but would like to thank her for providing information and helping me with the luggage storage).

Location is near by main train station within 1km, Lots of shops and restaurants around hotel, main square is also within 20 min walk or by taxi 5 minutes, Hotel is an old property but well maintained, Room size was small but has balcony and window, although my room was having side street view which was not so useful for balcony, hotel has spa facility on ground floor although I have not used but offered services is in reasonable price, bar is added advantage on ground flour Bedding was comfortable and sheets were clean good option on pillow selection, towel was also good, toiletries provided by hotel was good. Hotel staff are welcoming and helpful, all the staff was good but specially front desk receptionist Sibel, she is fluent in English and makes us feel welcomed in hotel, staff like her an assets for hotel

Good staff, exceptional breakfast buffet. In the room AC, towels, a balcony... The internet was generally good and I was able to work online, but sometimes choppy.

The facilities are all good and there is a spa/sauna; everything works. The bed was especially comfortable. It is a nice traditional hotel - and the best thing is the brilliant live pianist each evening - he adds very much to the character of the hotel and is a good man. Restaurant food and room service are reasonable value and efficient. You will also be very warm in winter with the heating! There is also a barber’s on site.

This hotel was a nice surprise. The rooms were spacious and affordable. The food is ok. Staff is friendly and helpful and the valet service is a dream in a city like Ankara where there is no parking, ever. Loved the hamman with a good sauna and Turkish bath. Friendly and good massage therapists. Great service. The look and feel of the place is nice in Turkish style.

I really liked this hotel as it offered a good quality accommodation. My room had a balcony with a view of Anitkabir, the Atatürk's mausoleum. The room had everything one could need, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows more than excellent. The hotel has a decent spa with free pool, sauna and fitness room for the hotel guests, hamam and massages can be booked for a reasonable fee. The hotel provided rich breakfast and the breakfast staff was very attentive. I was also very satisfied with the reception and porter service, and was able to extend my check-out time by three hours without any extra fee or problems. All in all, a very pleasant experience, and also very close to the railway station where I had to take my train on my way out of Ankara.

I really liked this hotel. I liked the old fashioned decor although it is a little dark. The room was lovely and spacious with a balcony, the bed very comfortable, everything worked in the bathroom ...strong hot shower with lots of toiletries. All the staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly; from the reception staff to the bellboy. We didn't have breakfast there so I cannot comment on the food. Unfortunately I didn't have time to use the spa facilities but they also looked clean and nice. Location was close to metro and train station. I will stay there again if I ever visit Ankara.
